What if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect items?

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at support@norvellea.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and its packaging

After review, we will arrange either a replacement sent at no extra cost, OR full refund to your original payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship orders exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, international shipping and delivery to locations outside the United Kingdom are not available.

Can I cancel my order?
